One-bedroom apartment, carefully furnished, with a fully-equipped open-concept kitchen, a modern bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Located on the ground level it has a private access directly from the street giving it unique Independence. We are in the heart of the city but we have the sensation of being in a small village.
Bcool@lapa is suitable for short or mid-term stays where functionality and comfort go hand in hand.

Check-in & -out

Self check-in only when not possible to do it personally.
We have electronic lock and each guest/reservation has a personal code provided during the check-in.
During check-in the security deposit and touristic tax will be charged in cash.
All the guests are obliged to present a passport or ID card and the data shall be registered by the host. In case of foreigner guests, this data will be communicated to the Portuguese authorities according to the law. No one can refuse to give access to this information or the check-in shall not be allowed.

Our House Rules and the respect for them, contribute to the general welfare of our guests and make the stay much more pleasant. Welcome and feel like home.
All the apartments are:
No smoking areas
Not allowed pets or parties
Silence required between 10.00pm and 8.00am
Not refundable 15 days before check-in.
Cleaning during the stays
On stays longer than one week, we’ll do a cleaning middle stay and bed linen and towels will be changed.

The story of this project
These Lapa apartments, our latest project, was a big challenge. In 2019 one of our guests asked for our help to build a project from scratch regarding his new apartments and we embraced the project.
With the benefit of our previous experience we turned this apartment into sophisticated, and simultaneously functional, apartments. We gave free rein to our creativity and got to work!
Two apartments in the same building, completely renovated, at Rua das Praças in the Lapa neighbourhood, were decorated and equipped to make it even more attractive. It was like doing a painting: the painting appeared slowly, just inspired by the ambience and everything flowed.
And that’s how BCool@lapa was born!
