COVID-19 Information

he security of our guests and the community is a priority. We are always updated about the procedures regarding COVID-19, either at the sanitation, either during the direct contact with our guests.

Our House Rules and the respect for them, contribute to the general welfare of our guests and make the stay much more pleasant. Welcome and feel like home.

House Rules

Shoe free.
Smoking in not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Silence required between 10.00am and 8.00
Respecting the number of guests agreed in the reservation.
Always lock the doors and maintain the windows closed when out.
Some apartments have a security door and it’s very important not to forget the key on the lock from the inside (we can’t open from outside). Expenses shall be charged regarding this situation.
Keys from the apartment are unique and in case of loss expenses shall be charged.
Please keep the door from the building always closed.
Maintain the apartment with the necessary care to maintain the place in good conditions.

Before the check-out and especially if it’s not presential (without the presence of the host):

  • Leave door and windows properly closed
  • Lights and electric equipment off (air conditioning, heaters, etc)
  • Do the dishes, take the trash out, leave the recycling in the proper containers (in the apartment)
  • Never forget to leave the keys where previously agreed

Reservation requisites:
To confirm the reservation a payment of 50%vof the total value shall be required by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining shall be paid on the check-in.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: after 4pm
Check-out: Before 11am

Self check-in only when not possible to do it personally.

All the guests are obliged to present a passport or ID card and the data shall be registered by the host. In case of foreigner guests, this data will be communicated to the Portuguese authorities according to the law. No one can refuse to give access to this information or the check-in shall not be allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Not refundable 15 days before the check-in date. In case of no-show, the total value shall be charged.

Your privacy and security are major for us. We respect all the legal rules, online (GDPR) or offline.
