The luxury of privacy in the heart of Lisbon.
Casa Branca Terrace is a beautiful duplex on the top floor of a building dating from the earliest twentieth century, totally renovated and located in one of the most beautiful streets in Lisbon in the heart of the Mouraria neighborhood.
The living-room, facing the main street, has a charming traditional balcony from where you can see Convento da Graça and Miradouro da Senhora Monte. The main room in the apartment is really spacious and has a comfortable sitting area. On the same level are the kitchen and the bathroom. A second room, located on the top floor, gives direct access to a wonderful terrace. Our rooms are all oriented to the back of the building, offering our guests a restful stay.
The terrace has a generous area, not so usual in the historic centre and has all the privacy one could wish, allowing guests to enjoy Lisbon’s famous sun and days of pure relaxation

Self check-in only when not possible to do it personally (lockers).
All the guests are obliged to present a passport or ID card and the data shall be registered by the host. In case of foreigner guests, this data will be communicated to the Portuguese authorities according to the law. No one can refuse to give access to this information or the check-in shall not be allowed.
During check-in the security deposit and touristic tax will be charged in cash.

Our House Rules and the respect for them, contribute to the general welfare of our guests and make the stay much more pleasant. Welcome and feel like home.

Silence required between 10.00pm and 8.00am
Not refundable 15 days before check-in.
Cleaning during the stays
On stays longer than one week, we’ll do a cleaning middle stay and bed linen and towels will be changed.

How to get to Casa Branca
Metro – Martim Moniz (5 minutes walk distance)
From the airport: Take the Red Line to Alameda station and change to the Green Line (towards Cais do Sodré) and get out at Martim Moniz Station. When at Square MM cross the street, towards Centro Comercial da Mouraria, keep going right and find the escalators (Escadinhas da Saúde). On the top (you are already in our street) turn left to Casa Branca (100m walk distance).
Mouraria Neighbourhood
The story of this project
Everything started in 2015 when we bought the building dating from the earliest twentieth century, totally renovated and located in the historic neighbourhood of Mouraria: Casa Branca. This was the original name that remains today.
It is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lisbon, in Marques Ponte de Lima Street from where you can see Convento da Graça and Miradouro da Senhora do Monte. In the Spring, with all the trees blossoming in their pink and white flowers, it’s almost like looking at a postcard.
Previously Casa Branca was our residence where we lived for some years. Today it‘s no longer home but still feels like it.
Three apartments, beautifully decorated, where old and new are mixed to give a unique personality to each one.
